Your personal data information that you give to us is processed primarily by Natàlja Bohème Cosmetics. We will never give or sell your personal data, it is only for usage of us to be able to handle your order. We only use your address and contact information to be able to deliver the goods  Natàlja Bohème Cosmetics process your personal data within the EU/EEA, but in a few cases, we use suppliers from countries outside of the EU/EEA. When transferring your personal data outside of the EU/EEA, Natàlja Bohème Cosmetics will ensure there is an adequate level of protection. 

Natàlja Bohème Cosmetics may transfer your personal data to the USA and our supplier that provides a service for sending newsletters and our suppliers that provides services for marketing relevant products and making our website as relevant as possible.

Any US suppliers we may use have certification according to Privacy Shield. Privacy Shield is an agreement between the EU and the USA, which rationale is to protect the fundamental rights of Europeans and to ensure legal certainty for businesses transferring personal data to the USA. American companies are able to sign up to be Privacy Shield certified with the U.S. Department of Commerce. The department will then verify that the suppliers’ privacy policies comply with high data protection standards.

Taxes & VAT

All prices on this online store include 25 % VAT according to the EU law for purchase and shipment within the EU: For purchase and shipment to a country outside the EU the 25 % tax will be deducted from the price at check out. For shipments sent outside EU if an import TAX or customs fee at your country´s customs border must be paid by you the customer. Shipping cost will be added to the final price unless otherwise stated.


Ordering at Natàlja Bohème Cosmetics webshop is easy we have a secure payment solution and meet the requirement of PCI-DSS and all payments are encrypted according to PCI requirements. No credit-card data is stored. We provide card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna Pay now, Klarna Pay later, Klarna Finance (pay in several installments), Paypal, G-Pay, Shop-Pay.


The right of complaint applies to defects that can be traced to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product after the expiring date. Natàlja Bohème Cosmetics reserves the right to remedy the defect in the first instance, in the second instance re-delivery the products, and ultimately repurchase. Please contact our customer service at email address: support@nataljaboheme.com regarding complaints and returns. Please note that Natàlja Bohème Cosmetics is not responsible for return shipping. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board´s decision.

Return & Exchanges

You will always have 14 days to cancel the purchase as the date when you received the products that you ordered.

When returning a product You are responsible for the shipping cost yourself and it is important that the product is not used before a return takes place. The products must be unused with the seal unbroken and in their original box. If the seal is broken, a refund does not apply. ( Sealing means if a product box came with protective plastic around the packaging it needs to be intact if a jar came with a sealing emblem it needs to be intact. ) Upon return, it is very important that the product is returned in undamaged original packaging and that all possible accessories the products came with. Feel free to use the original cardboard box order as outer packaging when returning. Pack your return well and send your package traceable. Mark the return clearly with Natalja Boheme Cosmetics, add a note where your name and email appear, and send the package to:
